THE HARLAND

Our rooms

The warm and welcoming lounge has 2 large leather sofas, one of which converts to a sprung double bed.

There is also dining furniture for 6 people, a plasma TV with a digital box, and a DVD/CD player.

There is a spacious double bedroom, with a king-sized bed and a luxurious, en-suite, 2 person, power-shower cubicle, toilet and wash-hand basin as well as a balcony.

There is a second, extremely comfortable, twin bedroom.

For your comfort, all of our beds and the bed settee have comfortable, quality, sprung mattresses.

There is a further full bathroom with another power-shower.

There are wardrobes in both bedrooms and lots of drawer space.

Children are welcome and we will be happy to provide a cot and a high chair to accommodate a baby.

Relax in the shower after a special day out - dry yourself in a big soft fluffy towel. Unwind, then sleep peacefully on our quality mattresses, wrapped in crisp white Egyptian cotton bed-linen. Blackout curtains are provided throughout to aid your rest.

The kitchen has everything you could need to do fabulous dinner as well as a table and chairs for al fresco dining, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.

Or, why not send out for food? - There are many local delivery restaurants nearby, happy to accept telephone orders, and providing a huge variety of world cuisine.

The flat is non-smoking throughout and pets are not permitted.

We want you to enjoy your stay in Edinburgh and your time in the apartment - we will try to help you make this a memorable break - we've thought ahead to included the extras which will help make your stay comfortable –

• Games and books are provided to entertain you.
• A hairdryer is provided.

A starter pack of tea, coffee and milk can be provided for your arrival, if you would like.

A wireless broadband connection can be provided on request, as can a landline telephone.

• We'll do our best to help you make your stay memorable - would you like some fresh flowers, or perhaps some provisions chilling in the fridge?

How about a box of chocolates? Just let us know and we'll arrange to have them waiting for you.

• Would you like us to provide luxury bathrobes for you to use during your stay?
