Price Details
These rates are for the Royal Mile Apartments – they are for an entire apartment, for an occupation by 4 people and include all taxes, bed-linen, towels, gas, electricity, heating and hot water.
We are flexible on price beyond a week and last minute availability can sometimes be offered at a discounted price, as will longer bookings.
Based around a 7 night stay our tariff starts at around £115 per night. (Shorter stays than 7 nights are generally more expensive per night, because we then have less nights to set our fixed costs against, and a reduced opportunity to rent the rest of the week.)
Rates are higher during the Edinburgh Festivals in August and around the New Year.
We have a preferred minimum stay of 3 nights.
We will do less than 3 nights, especially if there are one or two nights left between bookings - please do enquire further. (The book on-line facility won't work for less than 3 days).
There is a small additional charge for another 1 or 2 people and for cots, cot linen and highchairs' provision

Additional charges - our basic prices are based on 4 guests.
Babies are very welcome and we can provide up to 2 cot, cot-linen and highchair packages at £10 each.
We can do up to 6 guests, for an additional charge of £20 per additional guest. Indeed, We can provide up to a maximum of 6 separate bed spaces - so no-one needs to share a bed; here's how-.
- If you are a group of 4, who would like an extra bed - a folding one or a the bed-settee - just let us know; there is an additional £10 charge (gives you 4 separate bed-spaces)
- For 5 or 6 guests, only the additional guest charge applies. Just let us know whether you would like the bed settee and/or a folding bed.
- Finally, we can split the large bed into 2 narrow singles - one off charge of £10. ( so a maximum of 6 separate bed-spaces is possible)

We are experiencing problems with pricing on our booking link and the price it quotes to you will not necessarily be the price here.
